Amma Korantema Ansah is an inspiring human resource professional with over two decades of experience in the Ghanaian financial services sector. She has demonstrated success in building, sustaining, and transforming both multinational and domestic businesses.
She joins the company with extensive experience in human capital development and management, having held senior management positions in the HR function at Enterprise Group, Standard Chartered Bank, and Agricultural Development Bank. In addition, she worked with the International Labour Organization (ILO) in Geneva on the In-focus Programme on Strengthening Social Dialogue.
She was the Lead Consultant of PEAK Resources Consulting before joining GLICO Group, as well as an International Facilitator and Coach with MCA Training International in South Africa.
Amma Korantema Ansah was named one of Africa's top 50 human resource leaders in 2020. She has an MSc in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management from the London School of Economics (LSE) in the United Kingdom, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Ghana. She is a Chartered Institute of Human Resources Practitioners member.
